Str8ahead.org is an all volunteer effort and a labor of love.  There are no staff, only people dedicated to making a difference in the world through music.

If you would like to support our effort you can rest assured that your contribution will be used to send musicians into the community to share their talents with traditional and non traditional audiences.

"Non traditional audiences" are those without access to a jazz club or those unable to afford a $75 ticket to hear jazz musicians performing at the national level.

Your contribution will allow Str8ahead.org to hire musicians to play at events, celebrations and other venues around town and in particular, for communities without access to live performances.  Think schools, hospitals, prisons, non profits, assisted living facilities, churches, shelters, public spaces, community centers or whatever else we can dream up together, and you get the idea.
